We are seeking a receptionist for Lifegate Acupuncture in Boca Raton.
The position is 2 days a week and PART-TIME.
- Our Office is located at 190 NW Spanish River Blvd, STE 202, Boca Raton, FL 33431
You must be a positive, upbeat, RELIABLE and PUNCTUAL people person who enjoys making people smile and feel appreciated.
Essential skills for this job:
- Computer-savvy
- Good typing skills
- Ability to follow a very simple but effective system for welcoming, orienting, and scheduling both new and ongoing patients.
Our work environment is chill but we take our business very seriously (we’re changing lives, after all), so please do not apply if:
- you’re going to be asking for frequent time off
- you have difficulty leaving personal problems outside the office door
- you aren’t comfortable helping women and couples going thru fertility treatments such as IVF
Again, to be clear, the position is part-time and we are looking for someone who sees this as a potential LONG-TERM opportunity.
Hours are:
Thu – 11am – 7pm
Fri – 9:00am – 4pm
Hourly pay is $12 and may be increased to $14 after 90 days based on performance.

Dr. Z is an an incredibly caring and compassionate healthcare professional. I began seeing him last April for fertility enhancement following a miscarriage. I was anxious to heal, move on, and conceive again right away. He helped me to slow down and patiently allow my body the time and resources to get in optimal shape for carrying a baby. As a result, I am now 20 weeks pregnant, feeling fantastic, and progressing perfectly. I come from a family full of chiropractors, an acupuncturist, and an LMT, and I am a yoga teacher myself, so natural health and healing have always been a way of life for me. Not living near my family, I seek out outside care to help me maintain my wellness, and my standards for the providers I choose is very high. Dr. Z stands out as a singularly gifted healer.
When we looked into acupuncture it was to help increase the odds of IVF treatment. We decided to meet Dr. Zurawin because of his personal story and reviews we saw about his practice. He was very open to all of our questions and providing us with great information. When we left the office my husband and I felt very comfortable placing our fertility issues in Dr. Zurawin's hands. We were not going to start IVF for at least 6 months and we going to give acupuncture and Dr. Zurawin our full faith and attention. We started treatments right away, as ovulation was fast approaching. Within 2 weeks of meeting Dr. Zurawin we were PREGNANT!!!! After 2 years of trying and fertility treatments, a few needles and an open mind helped us get our baby. (Yes it's way more then that) I learned a lot from Dr. Zurawin and highly recommend him to anyone who is seeking alternative treatments to infertility or high risk pregnancy. I visited with Dr. Zurawin and his wife Yumi throughout our pregnancy. I definitely attribute our successfully pregnancy to Dr. Zurawin and his practice.

Dr. Zurawin is one of those rare doctors who really LISTENS to his patients. He spends the time to evaluate your individual needs, listening to your concerns, and come up with a plan of action. I have been seeing Dr Z for a few weeks now in hopes of getting pregnant. I know it will be a journey. The only reason I did not rate him 5 stars today is I am waiting to see if this treatment will work for me :)) So far so good....Other doctors could learn a few lessons from Dr Z's bed side manners. He is genuine and truly wants to help people! Every time I leave after an appointment, I feel less anxiety and my appetite has improved. I would definitely recommend Dr Z!

My husband and I just found out we are expecting our first baby!
We had tried so many traditional avenue of so called "specialists" but had no real success to get pregnant. After a few months of acupuncture, Chinese herbs, and food changes, Dr. Zurawin was able to help me regulate my cycle. His methods helped balance my body back to normal and we were able to conceive.
Dr. Z's personal approach and follow up makes him the exception in medicine today. I wish more doctors cared for their patients the way Dr. Z did. He is a gem! I have recommended him on multiple occasions.
I have had a wonderful experience at Lifegate Acupuncture! I was having a lot of pain and was considering major surgery to try to remedy the problem. I went to Dr. Zurawin and he took his time listening to my history and evaluating my condition. He was optimistic that he could help me. After just a few treatments, I was 90% better. I have continued to see him as recommended and I feel like a million bucks! It's amazing how being pain-free feels - I am happier, I have more energy, and I can get on with the important things in my life. I am seeing benefits beyond what I had hoped for. I have suffered from infertility for years and it feels like my husband and I have been through quite a journey. A few surgeries and specialists later we decided to try acupuncture before going down the IVF route. She provided different techniques that I have never experienced before, but wish I would have as they helped tremendously for all different muscle groups. The muscle areas that needed extra attention were met with perfection and innovation. I can't wait until I can see her again!
